A phased web application for group travel — interface and server-side work to guide participants through bookings, preparations, and pre-trip steps in one place.
Challenge
Participants relied on scattered channels to coordinate bookings and pre-trip tasks. Organizers fielded the same logistics questions repeatedly, and there was no single place to track who had completed what.
Approach
We delivered the web interface, server endpoints, and data layer end to end. The experience walks participants through sequenced phases — preferences, bookings, and pre-event preparation — with curated resources and per-user progress tracking.
Outcome
Participants follow one guided experience instead of piecing details together from chats. Organizers spend less time on repeat logistics, and the platform scales with each event.
